Can i be sure of the quality of products you offer?

Must i possess a Marijuana card before my order is accepted?

No. You don’t necessarily need a medical marijuana card before being able to order from our dispensary. However, we encourage you do well to get one, our team can help you acquire one easily.

How do i place an order?

Placing an order at our online pharmacy is simple:

1. Find a product you would like to purchase and place it in your cart clicking «Add to cart» button.

2. Choose the amount of pills you need to buy. Click the ‘Checkout’ button.

3. When you check out your cart, you will have to fill in the required fields of «Order form» and select your desired payment method, after which you will be redirected to the checkout confirmation page.

Do i need an account in order to place an order?

You don’t necessarily need an account to place an order. You may only need to provide your basic information, shipping address and billing address.

What shipping methods are available?

Currently we offer you two shipping methods:


– EMS Courier Delivery’s waiting period lasts 3-8 business days. Unfortunately, the Courier Delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs which doesn’t depend on our delivery service. That’s why we can’t guarantee, that you will receive it within 3-8 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order has been confirmed and dispatched to the courier service, the courier service will send you an email with the delivery details of your order including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier service’s web platform to track the location of your order at particular time intervals.

What should i do if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In this case you are free to contact our customer care department and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package free of charge or refund your payment.
